Dani are looking wanted: brighton, 2-3 bed flat/house, dss accepted in Brighton

2 or 3 bedroom house/flat within walking distance of Brighton centre that accepts DSS (due to disability). We need to move by the end of March 2010 as our landlord is selling our house. We can provide guarantors and/or pay several months' rent in advance. We are never late with our rent. Double bedrooms preferred. Max rent: £800pcm/£1200pcm (for 2 or 3 bedrooms, respectively). Unfurnished preferred.

About us: My name is Dani, I'm 23 and I graduated from uni 2 years ago. I'm a non-smoker. I will be sharing with one or two friends. I am having a lot of trouble finding anywhere to live because hardly any landlords will accept people on benefits. Due to my disability I am unable to work enough to support myself financially without being on benefits. Please help me out by accepting me as a tenant.
